留信隐私政策
留信用于帮助用户提前保存重要说明，并在用户设定的触发条件满足后，向指定邮箱进入交付流程。我们重视用户隐私，并尽量减少收集的数据。
我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：用于登录和验证身份的邮箱地址。
- 验证码记录：用于完成邮箱验证码登录和防止频繁请求。
- 留信数据：信件标题、加密后的正文内容、收件邮箱、创建和更新时间。
- 安全设置：触发周期、紧急联系人姓名和邮箱。
加密与密码
留信正文会在客户端使用用户设置的解密密码加密后再上传。解密密码只用于本地加密和解密尝试，不会上传或保存在服务器。
信息用途
我们使用上述信息提供登录验证、留信保存、紧急联系人设置、后续交付流程和必要的安全维护。我们不会出售用户个人信息，也不会用于第三方广告追踪。
第三方服务
留信使用 Cloudflare 的基础网络和邮件发送能力，用于 HTTPS 访问、接口保护和验证码邮件发送。相关服务可能按其隐私政策处理必要的网络日志和邮件投递信息。
数据保留与删除
账号和留信数据会在服务运行期间保存。用户可在 App 内进入“安全设置”页面，使用“删除账号”功能删除账号、已保存留信、紧急联系人和登录状态。为安全排查和合规需要，服务器可能保留有限的运行日志。
未成年人
留信不面向儿童单独提供服务。若监护人认为未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，可联系我们删除。

Liuxin Privacy Policy
Liuxin helps users prepare important personal notes in advance and, when configured trigger conditions are met, start a delivery flow to designated email recipients. We value privacy and collect only the information needed to operate the service.
Information We Collect
- Account information: email address used for sign-in and identity verification.
- Verification records: used for email-code sign-in and abuse prevention.
- Letter data: title, encrypted content, recipient emails, creation time, and update time.
- Safety settings: trigger cycle, emergency contact names, and emergency contact emails.
Encryption and Passwords
Letter content is encrypted on the client with the decryption password set by the user before upload. The decryption password is used only for local encryption and decryption attempts. It is not uploaded or stored on our server.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to provide sign-in verification, encrypted letter storage, emergency contact settings, future delivery flows, and necessary security maintenance. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising tracking.
Third-Party Services
Liuxin uses Cloudflare infrastructure and email delivery capabilities for HTTPS access, interface protection, and verification-code emails. These services may process necessary network logs and email delivery information according to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account and letter data are retained while the service is operating. Users can go to Security Settings in the app and use Delete Account to delete the account, saved letters, emergency contacts, and local session. Limited server logs may be retained for security troubleshooting and compliance needs.
Children
Liuxin is not directed to children as a standalone service. If a guardian believes a minor has provided personal information, please contact us for deletion.
